Instance rules:

1. Be kind, helpful, and patient – especially to travelers who may not be familiar with the Vietnamese language, culture, or really how anything works here.
2. Asking how to break or circumvent Vietnamese laws can result in a ban. For example, “How do I rent a motorbike?” is OK, but “How do I avoid police when driving without a license” is not OK.
3. Highly critical posts on any topic (especially politics) are not permitted and may be removed. Repeated violations can result in a ban.
4. Discussion about these rules is permitted, as long as the discussion itself follows the rules.
